Description
This is a basic CPR class for non medical people. CPR training
includes the first steps you need to take when you find an
unresponsive victim (no breathing, no heartbeat). The language used
in the video and written materials is simple and easy to
understand. Participants practice CPR skills using training
manikins while watching the video with assistance from the
instructor. This is a low stress class in a relaxed environment.
The goal is for the student to feel comfortable with the
information, not perfection of skills.
